Shipping Within Australia

We offer $10 flat rate shipping on all orders within Australia via Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

For faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping upgrade, with estimated delivery within 1–3 business days for metro areas.

International Shipping

We offer flat-rate international shipping for $35AUD. Delivery times vary based on location but typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, Sandswell is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
