At Sandswell, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sandswell is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will not be issued for items returned in used or damaged condition (unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
